Terry Jordan grew up in East End, Saskatchewan. He released his first book, It’s a Hard Cow, in 1993, and it won a Saskatchewan Book Award and was shortlisted for the Commonwealth Writers’ Prize. In 1996 he became the first Margaret Laurence Fellow at Trent University. In 1998 he released his first novel, Beneath That Starry Place. His award-winning plays, Reunion, Movie Dust and Close Your Eyes have been produced across the country. He is currently working on a new novel and collection of natural history essays while teaching in the English Department at Concordia University.
